Birthday Ideas for DH

Hi All
I'm looking for ideas to help celebrate my DH's 40th birthday in WDW. We are going with his family & mine and he thinks that we're going to celebrate both of our 40th birthdays. He gave me an extravagant 40th birthday party back in April and I'd like to do something special for him each day we're at WDW in October (we're there for 5 nights). There will only be 1 child in the group...my 18 mo. old nephew. I'm going to be telling SSR and all restaurants that it's his b-day and I'll be getting him a birthday button at the parks. And I'm going to order a cake at either California Grill or O'Hana for the night we have dinner there.

Any other ideas?!? Thanks for your help!!

Disney has a special events department that can arrange for surprises to be sent to your room each day. If you PM me with your e-mail address, I can put you in touch with someone.

They have 1 standard birthday button now - you can get it at SSR and they will put his name on it.

You can order a birthday cake for him, we are doing this for my birthday in Sept at the Yachtsman Steakhouse.

Make sure the button can be seen - cast members, characters and other guests will wish him happy birthday.

You could ship a box of special items ahead and give them to him daily or have someone put them out for you when your not in the room.

You can also order some items from disney florist they have a website you can take a look at.

Take lots of pictures and/or use Disney's photopass to have memories of the trip.

Here are a couple of things I recently did for my husband:
1. Of course make sure all the places you eat now it is his birthday
2. I used "www.memoriesbysarah.com" and surprised him with a basket
delivered to our room. He is an outdoors type man and I call him eeyore
so she found him an outdoors eeyore, sparkling juice, wine glasses
chocalates and almonds. He LOVED it
3. Order a cake at his favorite place to eat
