Birthday ideas at the park?

We're going to Disneyland on my daughter's tenth birthday. We aren't going to be able to do a charactor breakfast; are there other fun ways to celebrate in the park?

You may still get a birthday button. If you mention you are there for here birthday on dining reservation she may get a special dessert.

I don't know how much she likes Goofy, but for her birthday she may receive a phone call from him at City Hall. If dining at the Blue Bayou, mention to begin with at the time you make your reservation/ps with Disney Dining 1-714-781-DINE about it being such, then again when appropriate to your waitperson. Chocolate Mousse is served complimentary to the birthday guest. It is tasty.

If there a ride she is particularly excited about? Tell the cast member at that ride (or all the rides) that it's her birthday and ask if she can sit at the front. They usually are more than willing to assist you to help that request come true.

Plus, cast members are great at wishing guests happy birthday if they see the button - so be sure to pick one up!

No promises, but sometimes at restaurants/quick dining areas, cast members will sing out a special birthday song for the celebrating 'princess'. It's really nice and will make her feel like she is the center of attention!
