Birthday help

My husband and I are staying at the WL for one night and then the kids will be joining us at the All Star Sport for the rest our visit. How do I go about getting a cake and breakfast sent to our room for that one day.

My husband took me for my Birthday and made it a wonderful three day weekend. Now I want to do something GREAT for him.

I am not sure if the GF delivers the cake to your room. Anyone know? We had a birthday there and ordered a cake from Goodings and picked it up. I am sure the cakes at the GF are out of this world but Goodings did a nice job for us. You'd definitely need a car though. I know you can get flowers and special surprises arranged so I would imagine a cake would be a possibility as well. There is a service you can call for surprises but I will have to yield to one of the more savy advisors.

I'd call the hotel directly and speak to a CM. My DS is celebrating his BD and the BC is sending up a cake (our concierge planner is handling his birthday festivities) I think they get it from the Boardwalk Bakery but you can do it through room service. The Boardwalk Bakery has some really cool cakes they even have a individual mickey cake. If you take him out for breakfast you can arrange it at a restuarant like (Chef Mickey, Cape May Cafe). You might also check the Boardwalk Bakery perhaps they can deliver the cake for you. Good luck and Happy Birthday to your DH!!!

Breakfast is easy--just call room service.

The cake should be ordered at least a day in advance. You can do this dorectly through the hotel before checking in. They will deliver it to the room, the policies vary hotel to hotel but most seem to want you in the room when they deliver. You used to be able to order decorations through the WDW Florist, not sure if you still can, but it might be worthwhile to look into.

Make sure to stop by Guest Services in the park and request a birthday button for him to wear
