I need ideas...

I am going to a surprise 40th B'day party tomorrow nite for my husbands-bother's-wife. I have NOOOOO idea what to give her as a gift? Gift certificate? What??? I am thinking around $100

Any tips??? :surfweb:

If you want to give a gift certificate- why not Target, Bath and Body Works, etc. (In other words, somewhere that she can get whatever she wants.)

Good Luck! :)

So this would be your sister-in-law?

What about a gift certificate for a manicure/pedicure/spa? I know I would love that myself!!!

$100 present? Can I be your sister in law??? J/K. A gift certificate sounds like a nice idea for someone you don't know what to get for. Maybe to a mall so they can have a wide selection to choose from?

Does she like bath and body products? Bath & Body Works is having an amazing sale right now. You could do a REALLY nice tote filled with products for what you want to spend. That's just an idea if you want to actually give her a present.

How about a beach bag filled with summer stuff such as flip flops and a towel.

No Bath and Bodyworks here, Buffalo N.Y the closest but no time to go there..sooo I bought her a GC for Talbots, a bottle of wine and a small square glass vase with 5 beautiful fresh Peonies in it and I figure she can re-use the vase after and the small arrangement gives her the idea of how to?

Hard to know her tastes really as I see her seldom but I think it's a bit of a few things? :confused3

I think you did well. If it were me, I'd totally appreciate your efforts.
