I don't want to ask him because I will get the "I don't know" :confused3 or "Whatever" :rolleyes1 or "Just Cash" :rotfl: answer.

Creative suggestions are most welcome!

He's in 9th grade. He's into music and playing basketball with his friends.

He loves The Browns, The Celtics and The Boston Red Sox!

Thank you!

Can you afford to take him to a game? I dont know where you live or the cost to be honest lol

Since you mentioned your son likes music - maybe an addition, or new instrument equipment? I don't mind spending more than I usually would for things like that.

My son is fifteen on Mother's day and is music obsessed also. I ordered an amp to go with the base guitar he got for christmas. The amp was $100 and the base was around $150, less than what I would've thought. Too used to buying saxes! He'd like a soprano sax too, but that's going to have to wait - have to buy a new alto this summer so his little sister can have the old one. I was hoping she'd pick a less expensive instrument, but no, that would been too easy. We've also bought him lessons, books, accessories, ipod for gifts in the past too.

Musician's Friend is a good website for both good prices and info.

Is your son's marching band going to DW? DS's performed before the electric parade last weekend - it was great to see them perform in the MK!

The apple store has ipods starting at $50 but they are also in graved for free.

When my DS was that age, he was into much of the same. I use to get him Baseball Jersey's of his favorite players. Back then they didn't have I-Pod's so he got a Sony Walkman.. Depending on what you want to spend, I would do a jersey & a game if you could..
