Birthday "Fun-Card"

If dh birthday is the day before we plan on going to the parks can he get it when we go or should I make a quick trip to get my "funcard" the day of his birthday???? And he has that option on his birthday to get a funcard/giftcard?

I am a little confused because you mention DH's birthday and your Fun Card, so I am not sure if there are 2 birthdays or 1, but going on the theory that it is just his birthday...

He can only get his Fun Card ON his birthday, not the day after. You cannot pick it up for him as it is HIS birthday so he has to be there (with ID). If he already has valid admission to the Park for his birthday (i.e. an AP, a multi-day pass), he can select from the alternate gifts - which includes the Fun Card.

If he does not have a valid form of entry on his birthday, he will get free admission, NOT the alternate gifts.

sorry to be confusing. It is DH bday and I am gonna send him to the gates the day of (when we drive in to CA) to hop off and get his funcard!!! yay sooo excited.

yeah we are fixing to buy our three day hoppers. Will he need to show proof of that?

Well, here's how it works:

On your birthday you get free admission to the Park.
IF you already have admission, you can select an alternate gift.

So... the only way your DH will get the Fun Card instead of free admission on his birthday is if he already has an existing PH ticket that is in use on his birthday. Since you said in a previous post that you were not going into the Park until the day AFTER his birthday, I am guessing he will not already have admission on his birthday. Is this correct? If so... he will get admission, not a Fun Card.

The exact wording is: " ...you have several options which are available for you to select once you arrive at the Park with your confirmation message, your proper valid ID, and your Passport or Multi-Day ticket that you will use for admission on your birthday. You can choose one of the following:..."

Does that make sense? LOL
