Has anyone chosen the birthday fastpass? It seemed like a good idea when I first read about it and now I'm thinking the gift card is a better deal? We are a family of 4 going June 21-26 (first and last days are 1/2 days due to flight).

Your thoughts?

Gift card all the way. The FPs aren't that great, why not just get your own FPs with your admission tickets?

Thanks everyone! My dh wanted me to get the fastpass, but it's my birthday and I want to shop! :cool1: Just the response I was hoping for! Thanks!:thumbsup2

It is very simple to me. $69 off of an annual pass or other admission is one option. The second option is $69 worth of merchandise. I am disabled so fastpasses are worthless to me. Would you rather have $69 worth of Disney merchandise including packaged candy or a bunch of fastpasses?

I am so taking the money, lol.

What are the other choices?

I am aware of the gift card, FP, and admission but I thought I read something else...

That's basically it. The three Alternative Gifts are: a Birthday Fun Card in the amount of a 1-Day, 1-Park Ticket; a Birthday Disney's FastPass Ticket(s), or a 1-Day, 1-Park Ticket valid for use at any time until your birthday in 2010.

gift card *dances to the Disney store*

Unfortunately, the Disneyland Resort Birthday Fun Cards are not valid for use at the Disney Store. It may only be utilized at Disney-Owned and Operated Merchandise Locations at the Disneyland Resort.
