Can I obtain the birthday fastpass tickets at Guest Services outside the entry or in City Hall - or must I stand in those really lllooonngg lines at the ticket booths to get my fastpasses????

Well we got our bday fun card at City Hall and some have said they have received theirs at Guest Services so I would imagine you could get your bday fastpasses at either location.

I'm in the dark. What's a birthday fast pass? :confused3 Also, Does it have to be your acutal birthday or could you be there a few days later celebrating your birthday? Thanks!

This year DL has a special bday celebration. You do have to be there on your bday to qualify but you would get your choice of a single park, single day ticket or if you already have your park admission you could get a fun card (gift card) in the value of a single park ticket or you can get special fastpasses.

We had the same experience. We got our fun card at City Hall, and the CM gave us the option to either get the 1-day ticket that could be used before our next birthday, the fastpasses, or the fun card. My daughter did note that the ticket booths on the Harbor street side seemed to be less busy than the ones on the Downtown Disney side

I was wondering where you can use the fun card? It says on the annual pass website at "select locations" for "select merchandise". We'll be there on my daughter's 17th birthday and since we have AP's she wants the fun card so it would be nice to know what the details are before we get there. Thanks.

Never mind. I just did a forum search and found a ton of info on the birthday fun card. Thanks anyway. :goodvibes
