Birthday email with bar code - right to turnstiles?

The CM on the phone said if there is a bar code, you can go straight to the turnstiles. No waiting in the ticket booth line.

But my friend is looking at her email. It has the barcode but also says you have to go to the ticket booth.

She's going to upgrade her free ticket to an AP.

Anyone know?

If ticket booth lines are huge try going to Guest Services, see if they can help you. I don't know about getting tickets from them but I know others have got the Fun Card from them.
