Birthday Dinner

Which is the best restuarant to have a Birthday dinner for DD turning 9. She is not really fussed about princesses. I would like to order her a custom cake and have it after dinner.

Any suggestions would be great!
 
Is there a character she still likes? My DD is turning 8, loves Minnie, so we are doing Chef Mickey's for dinner. We've been out of princesses since 6, sadly.
