Birthday & Christmas Design?????

Does anyone have a design for a t-shirt that we could use for our daughter's 18th birthday?? We will be celebrating it the week of Christmas while on vacation at the World and would love to have something special with her favorite character Tinkerbell.

Appreciate any ideas and your talents as I definately don't have a creative bone in my body.
