Birthday Character Meals

I am planning a surprise birthday trip for DD who will turn 6 on Dec. 5th. I ran into a dilemma while trying to book what days we'll go.

I wanted our first day to be at MK on Sat. the 5th (her birthday). I wanted to take her to BBB and go to the Perfectly Princess Tea Party, then found out they do not do the tea party on Saturdays. Since she is turning 6 and is obsessed with the princesses (Little Mermaid is her fave. which is funny because she was my fav. as well. I had an Ariel bike and bed set.) I figured I better let her go to the tea party while she is young and will enjoy it to her fullest.

Because of the discrepancy I thought about going forward with having our first day still be at MK on the 5th and just do a character breakfast and a character dinner that day and on Sun. the 6th do her hair myself and let her wear a dress again for the tea party. Does this sound like a good idea? It may sound silly but I'm sure this will be a day she remembers for the rest of her life, LOL.

If this sounds like a good idea, would you choose CRT or Akershus for breakfast and which one for dinner? Most importantly is the experience but please post food reviews as well mainly for DH and I because when DD gets excited she is not very interested in food We won't be having a cake as none of us are typically cake eaters.

CRT dinner doesn't have all the princesses just Cinderella, so if your DD is really into the princesses, I would do CRT for breakfast and Akershus for dinner. We did Akershus for dinner our first trip and did not enjoy our meal (but we don't have very adventurous eaters). We did Akershus for breakfast our next trip and loved it. We've done CRT for lunch and really enjoyed our meal there too.
