Birthday celebrations

The first day we are in Disney is my son's 5th birthday so everytime I call a CM says, "oh it's your son's birthday let me note that in the reservation". I was wondering if I could make some special almost birthday reservations for my second son who turns 4 the next month? Do they only celebrate if your birthday is actually during your trip? For the first night I only want the 5 year old to be celebrated (since it's his actual birthday) but I'm beginning to feel bad that my second son is being ignored and his birthday is only a month and a half later.

My first thought is to do the first 3 days as the 5 year olds, and the last 3 as the 4 year olds. Would Disney consider that?

I understand completely. Fortunately, my children's birthdays are actually six days apart so we will actually be at WDW on both birthdays.

Since your children's birthdays are so close, I would pick a day and celebrate the other birthday.
