I asked this question on another thread but it was a bit off topic and has not been answered so I think it more appropriate here (or maybe not but I don't know where to put it). We'll be staying at the Poly. I have ADR's for Crystal Palace. Who would I contact to order a birthday cake for DS (turning 2)? :confused3 Should I do this well in advance or wait until we arrive. We arrive on a Saturday and the ADR is for Sunday. I don't know how much advance notice is required to order a cake. Next, for the character dining, is it possible to request that Pooh bring the cake, or accompany the cake? Would this be an unreasonable request or is it commonplace? Thanks for any advice!

I don't have the specific number for CP but if you call Disney Dining they will give it to you to call CP. You have to order the cake 48 hours in advance. As far as Pooh bringing the cake I don't think that would work. Your server will bring it over. But there is a parade where the characters and the kids in the rest. get up and march around the rest singing and holding up signs that say Happy Birthday. It's lots of fun.

That sounds really special. Thanks for the info :thumbsup2

I ordered the Cinderella Chocolate Slipper cake for my D5 birthday at the Castle for breakfast. You can try 407-824-5520 or 407-824-7091 which is for specialty cakes from the MK bakery. Ours cost $12 since it was small and not with a full cake. It would probably be about $25 with small cake but they can tell you for sure. They can supply cakes for all restaurants in MK.
