Birthday Cake?

This will be our first visit with children(3yo &1 yo) this Sept. We will be celebrating our DS 3rd birthday and didn't know how to go about getting a cake. I'm sure it can be done(it's Disney afterall)!

Any advice would be appreciated! Any other tips for making his bday a "celebration" to remember?

There is a cake hotline ( it might be 1-407-wdw-cake) where you can order a cake. If you are making Dining Reservations, tell them that you want to order a cake and they can transfer you over. When I ordered a cake for my son's 3rd birthday in September 2008 - you could get chocolate or vanilla and it could be personalized. You have to call 48 hours in advance of your reservation to confirm the cake and if you want it personalized. Have an awesome trip.

Thanks, I will call in advance! We have ADR for Chef Mickey's the day we arrive and I thought it would be a nice "surprise" treat to have a personalized birthday cake!
