Birthday cake surprise

Hi everyone! Does anyone know if there is a local bakery that could/would deliver a surprise birthday cake to RPR? We are surprising a friend and want a Harry Potter cake for him. Also, would the City Walk restaurants have a problem with us bringing a few table decorations for his birthday dinner? Probably leaning towards Margaritaville or Vivo for dinner.

You can order a bd cake from rpr instead of a place offsite

Should be easier as rpr will provide plates and tableware

You might want to check out the Disney cake thread (I think it is in the dining forum). I am sure that most places offsite that would deliver to Disney would deliver to RPR. There is a wealth of information on that thread.
