Birthday cake question

Hi, 3 sleeps eeek! I've just rang up to request connecting rooms which was fine though I did get put through to head office?? Anyway I asked to book a birthday cake and make a reservation for cafe mickey again all fine however he said to pay the restaurant for the cake. Is this right? Last time I paid over the phone in advance. I don't mind paying on the night but was under the impression you got a discount if you prepaid. Can anyone advise?

In September we paid the restaurant! I read that cafe Mickey sometimes they run out of cakes so I guess it is to avoid refunds!

Hi we have done both on two different trips so don't worry. As far as I know there is no discount for booking the cake in advance. Last year it cost £22 in advance or E24 Euros paying at the restaurant so very little difference.
