Is there a "podium" cake for purchase at CRT? DD is turning 3 and this is her b-day dinner.

Most cakes are made to order from scratch, but there are always backup cakes available to order as well. These are either vanilla or chocolate standard 6" cakes, an you can make mention of wanting one when you check in for your reservation or even ask your server.

We celebrated my daughter's birthday there in August. I didn't want to get a big cake because we were leaving the next day so I called in advance and ordered her the chocolate slipper dessert. It was delicious and between the four of us we ate the whole thing. I think it was $12.50 plus tax and tip. I think we just called the regular dining line to order it.

As far as I know the "emergency" podium cakes aren't made from scratch. They also can't be personalized.

. . . some locations with bakeries may have some on-hand
. . . other podium cakes are kept on-hand for last minute orders
