Birthday Cake and Gift for 6 Year Old

I will be at the BWV in the middle of February.

In checking with Disney, I hope someone can help me to choose a much better option for my budget.

I am looking for suggestions on a local business that I can order a good quality birthday cake or cupcakes with a Disney theme in the vicinity of the World.

Also, I would like a gift delivered to Ohana's. Any suggestions ?

We celebrated DD's birthday twice (5 and 7) at WDW. We didn't order a cake, or have gifts delivered to a restaurant. I went to local stores and got all things themed Disney that I thought she would like. A lot of princess items and some main character items. I also got some cute pajamas and slippers-all Disney themed--and wrapped them at home. I then got all kinds of decorations, fun tack, tape, balloons, etc. and shipped the entire box down to the resort. When we got there, DH took DD to look around the resort while I went and picked up the package and went to work in the room decorating and leaving the wrapped gift out for her when she would get back to the room. Both times it was a HUGE success and she thought the characters/princesses really knew it was her birthday and brought her special gifts to the room. As far as a cake, we have always had luck with supermarket cakes that they customize. There is a Winn Dixie not far from WDW that could probably make whatever you need. If you're staying in a villa, will you be needing other grocery items? If so, I suspect that you could order a cake along with your order from Safeway, WeGoShop, etc. As another option, and I've not used any of these, here's what Yelp says:

We happened to be at Disney to celebrate my great niece's birthday. We picked up a cake at the Boardwalk Bakery. They had plenty of cakes to choose from and they wrote Happy Birthday on it for her. They gave us paper plates, napkins, and forks as well. It was a lot more convenient than running out to an unfamiliar area to find the store (I really stink at directions) or waiting for someone to deliver it.
