Hi all
my DD will be 20 the day after we fly out and would like to get a birthday button.

Can you get them from any Disney park at guest services as last time we went (2001) MGM said only MK gave them out ?

Do you have to prove birthday by showing passport ?
thanx!!
Kate

I think City Hall in MK is still the only place to get the birthday badges, and I don't know of anyone being asked to 'prove' they were entitled to one. :)

When we were in MK for our youngest DD's 8th birthday, I hadn't heard of the City Hall badges, but had given her a card with an '8 today' badge on it, which she wore to MK on the day. She had some great special attention from CMs during the day, so I would certainly recommmend either taking or getting a badge if your DD would like some extra attention. ;)

If it's not too busy in City Hall the birthday boy/girl will also have a phone message waiting for them with a Disney character wishing them 'happy birthday'.

Regards

Rob

I have an Animal Kingdom one as well as a Magic Kingdom badge, maybe all the parks do them:earseek:

DD got a button at Epcot guest services. No ID was req'd. It's amazing how many people saw the badge, along with her GOH badge and said "Happy birthday, Lauren"!
