Birthday Button?

In MK go through the gates and go to the LEFT to (I believe) it is CITY HALL...right next to the restrooms and the WDW Fire Station.

After you get the BUTTON....head over to any of the gift shops...preferably directly across from City Hall on the corner near the candy shop is a HAT shop...they sell an awesome BIRTHDAY HAT..looks like a giant birthday cake... :thumbsup2

thanks so much! I had heard about them and was wondering where to get them! Actually it will be for me, :thumbsup2 the big 40 will be coming and I want to celebrate and couldn't think of a better way to do it other than Disney!

It is my understanding that the each park has a different button, we also got one at Chef Mickey's

I had a friend who went to WDW back in April when it was her Birthday & she got the button. I asked her if they needed to see I.D. to prove it was really her Birthday & she said no they never asked for it.

Actually DD got hers at the ticket booth outside the park last week at MK and Epcot both.

Also got one by going to Guest Relations at Downtown Disney.

Epcot, MK, and AK have different style buttons. MGM looks like MK. We get ours at guest services when we go to the parks.

We were there last year to celebrate our anniversary. Well, the only time we could get away was the week of our birthdays. DH decided he did not want to wear a pin, but I was all over it! At all 4 parks, everyone greeted me with "happy birthdays" but at MK, we decided to check in at Cindy's castle to see if they had any cancelations -- they did for right then. So dh and I went upstairs for breakfast. It was really neat b/c when we arrived at the table, there were streamers and confetti all over it. I also received a certificate signed by our waiter saying that I was celebrating my Royal Birthday. All the princesses adn Mary Poppins even came around and signed it. princess: It was so much fun! At MGM, dh and I went to ride RnR again. This time the ride attendant asked if it was my birthday and said "we're celebrating it down here" and he told us to go to the line for the front seat of the front car. :woohoo: This made dh very happy. These expereinces were great and made great memories!

Oops! didn't realize that I rambled on a bit but nonetheless, pick up the buttons and memories will come true! :cloud9:
