And is it best to just save them into a Word document and print from there, that way I can get more than one on one sheet?

They have been designed to fit 3.5 inch buttons needing a border to wrap around the edge.
Save them as their own image file and insert into Word. If you save directly into Word, you will loose some of the clarity and the sizing.
From what I understand, most are printing this on regular paper and not card stock.
