Birthday Badges

Are the Birthday Badges available in all of the parks, or only in MK?

For my neices birthday, we have a PS for the Princess Breakfast in Epcot at 8:30 on Jan 2nd. This is before the park opens. Will we still be able to get the badge before going on to breakfast?

Yep... they are available at all parks!!!

You can pick them up at Guest Relations from each park (City Hall at MK).
I guess it depends on what time Guest Relations opens on whether you can get the Epcot one before your breakfast.
