I had it on my Park back pack the whole trip, people barely saw it but this year since we are going for our Disneymoon I'm wearing that baby ALL trip!

Wore mine for my actual birthday in July. My dd wore her 'I'm celebrating' button the entire trip....she was 13. On her actual birthday she wore her 'Today is my birthday' button. Those were the good old days!
I guess if you choose to wear a button the entire trip wearing a button, go for it. It's not my thing. Besides, I always lose the darned things.

Just on my birthday itself in February.

I've even picked up a birthday button the couple of times I've been in WDW on December 5 and asked the cast member to write Walt Disney on the button, just to celebrate Walt's birthday.
