Birthday at WDW

Hi gang, been a little in active lately so not sure if this was discussed. I read on another site that the free admission to WDW on your Birthday celebration in 2009 only applies to Amercian Residents. Anyone confirm this? I wonder if DVC ownership counts?

Just be sure to register for the promotion on the disney parks canadian site and you will be fine. They would not have brought the Promotional tour to Toronto and Vancouver if Canadians weren't included.

If you're DVC, you can still get the promotion. If you have an AP, you'll have the option of immediate fastpasses, or a gift card in the amount of the cost of a one-day ticket.
