Birthday at US/IOA

Does US or IOA have "buttons" or anything for someone celebrating a birthday like DW does?

There used to be a birthday celebration at both parks a while ago, but I haven't seen any special birthday stuff lately.

We just got back yesterday, and while we were there, there was a child having a birthday party at Monster Cafe. Complete with cake, balloons and reserved area of the restaraunt! I didn't see any buttons or anything though....

They do have themed birthday parties, but they cost a hefty price. It's on their website.
