My DD wants a pair of Birkenstocks. Does anyone have a discount or code? I don't even know what tore to look in around here if I buy them. Would Dillards have them or should I buy them online?

We have a "healthy" foot store that specializes in orthodics, diabetic and therapeutic type shoes. It is where you will find many of the better brands of shoes. I went in there and was fitted for Birkenstocks and found out my sizing. I then buy mine on Ebay for muchless.

There are different models of Birkenstocks so you want to make sure that if buying on Ebay that you are not buying a cheaper level of Birkenstocks but still paying what you would pay for higher end ones. Hope that makes sense. So I guess research your prices a little before bidding.

Also, they have a footprint on the shoe that is either filled or unfilled to indicate wide or not. Another important factor to know what you are when buying them.

Hope this helps.

We've bought ours from Totally Birkenstock, store nearby us-not a chain. I think hubby bought my first pair for me from Dillard's (15 yrs ago). I know some places carry them in the mall, I want to say Trade Home (I don't know if this is a chain) and another that isn't in our mall anymore.

I have no experience looking for them on ebay, can't contribute there. But sometimes QVC has them on there and they seem to spot light a certain style with pretty good prices.

I have to have mine, per my Podiatrist (if I choose to wear sandals, that is- and I LIVE for sandals!). We went to a local store when we were visiting Gatlinburg, TN over Memorial Day and ordered a pair through them (they didn't have the one I wanted in stock). After I had already paid, and got home, I checked out birkenstock.com and found that I could have saved about $5/pair by going direct on the website. I don't have any codes to offer you, just the suggestion of visiting directly to the birkenstock.com website. Good Luck!!

I don't know when you will be heading to Disney again, but there is a Birkenstock outlet in Orlando and you can get some really great deals there. I buy the Boston style and I have paid as little as $30 to as much as $69 at that outlet.

You may want to try out Sierra Trading Post online, as they often have great overstock sales on Birkenstocks! I was able to find the style I like for 75% off through them. :thumbsup2

Good Luck!

I was just at DSW and they had them on sale. If you don't have a DSW near you check their online ordering or even shoebuy.com.

Love my birks. Lucky for me I have inlaws who travel a lot and always get me several pairs when they go to Germany.

Once you know your size, buy them on Ebay! I have seen them at Sam's Club as well.

I have seen them at great prices at Sam's Club, also. I bought my last pair from Zappos.com

I've had great luck buying them from QVC. Good deals usually and if they don't work....you have 30 days to return them.
