Bioscan at BB/TL/DQ?

Just curious if this was everywhere now and if it holds up entry if exists at BB/TL or DQ?

last week we had to use bioscan at DQ, there was no line, so wait wasn't an issue, but lines at the parks were sometimes held up. Some people have a difficult time with it.
