Has anyone visited the parks since the new ticketing system went into effect on 1/1, with a child under age 10? Can you confirm whether they are now ticket tagging children?
I haven't been but we have annual passes which require the finger scan...and they never have included children in this in the past...My guess is that children passes are not included in the finger scan now...
There are now signs posted at the entrance of all parks stating that anyone ten years or younger do not, repeat do not, have to finger scan. Reason is the bones in the fingers are not fully developed as in an adult hand so there would be changes in the finger bones which would negate the scanning machine

Which is exactly why they didn't do it for AP's I was very surprised that they would have had a different process for MYW....Thanks for the update CDN...

Maybe because we were there in the first days when this was started? Or maybe the kids' I saw were older than 10 but looked younger? Only saw this a couple of times, so I could easily be wrong.
