Biodegradable sunscreen?

We booked a dolphin swim directly thru Dolphin Discovery in Cozumel for our June 27 Western. If all goes well, and we actually stop in Cozumel, the Dolphin Discovery website says regular sunscreen is not permitted for use with the dolphins. You are required to use biodegradable sunscreen. Some of the brands they recommend are Mexitan, Caribbean Sol, Soleo Organics, Kiss My Face, and UV Natural. You can of course buy these at Dolphin Discovery for some ridiculous price or you can find them online (also pretty pricey). Just looking for advice from anyone who has purchased such an item. I've already checked Walmart and the local pharmacy with no luck. Anyone have any advice on where/how to purchase? Thanks!!

We used Burt's Bees sunscreen. Whole Foods and Trader Joes are good places to check. Basically any sunscreen that does not contain oils should be fine to use. They don't ask or inspect your sun screen when you get there. It is necessary to protect the dolphins and the water eco system.

drugstore.com also sells the Kiss My Face sunscreen

Thanks for your responses. I certainly understand the reason behind the use of a "natural" sunscreen to protect the ecosystem. It did say on the Dolphin Discovery website that they would be checking the sunscreen to make sure it said " biodegradable" on it. I plan to check Target and Trader Joe's tomorrow. Will end up with amazon.com if necessary. Thanks again.

Target had Burt's Bees. 12.99 for 3 oz. I ended up going with Caribbean Sol, 6 oz. for 11.99. Found it at Whole Foods, which had a whole variety of natural sunscreens. My Trader Joe's had no sunscreens. Was a bit disappointed in that. Thanks again everyone!

Burt's Bees is also sold at CVS. I just saw it there this weekend.

I purchased 2 bottles last year to use on our cruise, got it from www.caribbean-sol.com. It was a little costly $15. for 6 oz bottle but worth it, it's naturally biodegradable eco-safe/marine friendly.
I would use what they suggest so you don't upset the dolphins environment.
