When is his sweet treat shop supposed to open?

The most I’ve seen is later this year. I’m not entirely sure why they couldn’t get a shop remodeled in time to open with the rest of the land. Maybe they’re adding a loop.

I thought I heard "late summer," which suggests August or early September.
