I figured out the big improvements!

Last week, I was messing with some October reservations before holding kicks in. It was quite a few changes because it was pieced together. Today, I got a stack of light blue envelopes confirming my many stays. See you real soon!

I bought all resale, so this is the first thing DVC has ever sent me, except the magazine with all the legalese.

I have a feeling this board is going to be getting a lot of blue envelopes... Put that $3 towards the website, Bill!

I think "Bill" refers to Bill Dickerson, the new DVC General Manager. The "blue envelopes" I believe refer to paper reservation confirmations sent out haphazardly and randomly through the mail. Some people get them sometimes, some people don't. At this point where most people do everything electronically many consider them a nuisance, like junk mail.

Correct. And, of course, I got mine when Terri was in charge! It is jus so weird how they started and stopped. Though I did send an email to them to tell them I don't want and or need them!

I'm confused about *light* blue envelopes, because I only got dark blue envelopes with info about stays.

We get the blue envelopes for all our trips. Now emails on the other hand is hit or miss, most of the time miss.

I don't really know.. My preferences were set for email, but I still got them over the course of a week or two (I had made a lot of modifications which is why I got 12!) I did email MS to say I don't want or need them. And, I never got them again.

Bill Dickerson was too easy to find and was getting too many complaints.

$20 says Diercksen USED to be Dickerson and the family changed it "for obvious reasons".
