Haven't read the thread. I am what passes for conservative, BTW and I think O'Reilly is a idiot at best. He is one of many reasons I don't watch any cable news at all any longer. A waste of bandwidth all the way round.

As a liberal, my lament is that we have responded by generating our own blowhards. How much more elevated the public discourse would be if no one tolerated that type of LCD debate
