Bikinis with larger tops

I am only a C but on a small frame so I have trouble finding tops with support. I love all my lands end suits. yes they are pricey but I have had some 5-6 years and they are holding up great. I am more careful with them and make sure I rinse them right after I swim. If you go on their website, you can sign up for their emails, they often have codes. or like someone else said, check the overstocks. You could always buy a top from them and then cheaper bottoms somewhere else.

I am also a petite DD. I tried on multiple swim suits at Target and never could find one that I liked. I have ordered from Victoria's Secret in the past, but the underwire came out very quickly and they are pretty pricey. I ended up buying a bikini from Burlington Coat Factory and it was on clearance for $10.00 for both pieces. Good luck to you!

Although my 15 year old isn't that big, I had a hard time finding junior bikinis at Target this year that covered enough. Every juniors top we saw was a string bikini, and I wanted her to have a top with more coverage. I took her to JC Penney and was able to find several options that made us both happy. It seems that high schoolers are looking more like 20 somethings now... mom is not ready for her to grow up that fast, haha. Good luck!

I'm not sure whether it's that I've bought things from Land's End or whether anyone who signs up on their site would get their emails. They offer free shipping and have had several 30% off sales in the past couple months.

Another Lands End fan here. I am a DD and since they sell their pieces separately, I can get exactly what I need. I've had a couple suits for 4 years now and they still look fine, and I'm at the pool 3x a week with my kids in the summer. I finally got a new suit just because it was tired of looking at the old ones and they were not wearing out!

We spent the weekend looking at Kohls and Target, forget the Jr stores if you have breasts at all! Unfortunately DDD and above are scare or old lady styles, we will have to go online but I'd rather her try them on. Maybe Lane Bryant for the top and get the matching bottom elsewhere? I went there to check bras and was very excited to find her some in pretty prints that fit pretty well for $25 (they were 40% off). I normally pay $65-75 for her bras at the boutique we went to. We bought 4 for almost the price of one.

OP here--Wow, thanks for all of the great suggestions!:goodvibes

I showed my daughter some suits online at Penneys, Kohls and Lands End and she found some she thought would work at all three. I'd like her to try some on before we buy, so we'll make a trip to the store soon.

I never would have thought about Lane Bryant. I thought they only sold undergarments! We'll have a look.

We've tried Target suits in the past, but they didn't provide quite enough in the support department. Cute though!

Victoria's Secret had some cute suits, but my husband is horrified by the idea of buying her something there.:rotfl: Doesn't like the idea of his little girl growing up, I guess. We'll keep checking them out though.

Some of the websites suggested had some great stuff, but I'd like to have her try before we buy, at least at first. Maybe once we find a style that works well, we can branch out.

Again, thanks sooo much! Girls with bigger "girls" want cute suits too!

Both my daughters(20yr old and 17yr old) are D cups and we don't even mess with target or in the juniors sections at department stores the are to revealing. We look in the adult swim suits one of my daughter loves Kenneth Cole suits and the other loves Lucky. What we did since they are expensive is buy black bottoms and a couple different tops to mix with them.

this year JCP came out with a new line that has built in bra that are AMAZING!! I wear a 40DD and they had it:worship: and it fits great and make them stand up tall an:rotfl:d proud

gorgeous sets for about $22-$25 a piece(top and bottom) I got the turq blue dotted top with a silver ring in the front, with the turq mini skirt and it looks great

Can you please point me in the direction of these suits? I am lost on the huge JC Penney site. Maybe the brand, or a link? thanks!
