Biking trips in WDW

We are going to BWV in September - a group of 20 friends. We have reservations for one GV and three 1 BRs. Planning is half the fun, and we are well into that. Could anyone tell me if you have found nice places to bike inside WDW, with little traffic, and some paths or roads that can offer some exercise and nice sights ? And where can you rent bikes ?

You can rent bikes at Community Hall at the BW. I too am interested in any nice rides which one can do from the BWV.
