Bike rentals at Resorts

Does anyone know if bike rentals available at the various resorts are only for resort guests? We are local so don't stay on property, but would love to bike around several of the resorts. Would we be permitted entrance to the resort for this purpose?

Looking at this list - probably most interested in Caribbean Beach, Old Key West or Saratoga Springs:

When we stayed at Boardwalk they have surry bikes you can rent. It's out on the Boardwalk and we did not have to show we were staying on sight.

Thanks - I'm aware of the Surrey bikes. It wasn't the Boardwalk I was referring to as that area is open to the public. It's also quite a short distance where you can ride those.

I'm more interested in one of the resorts like Saratoga, Old Key, Caribbean Beach where they have traditional bikes to ride around the resort and the distances are a bit longer.
