I did WATP 4 mile last night , but only 45 min as DH walked in.

20 min on my elliptical this morning, and I pd for 2 4 mile WATP DvD's I won on ebay. Something a bit different than the one I do most every day.

Just finished a 2nd 20 min circuit on my elliptical. My ankle is hurting and this is easier on it than the WATP. Harder for me, tho!

I swear I started a week 5 thread. Maybe I forgot to hit post, lol!

Sorry I haven't been around much. I'm hoping next week I'll be around a lot more. I've just been so busy (and luckily not sick this week) with DH on a military trip. He gets home tomorrow night and then I have a kids Birthday party for my son on Sunday. Hopefully things are more back to normal then. I need to get back on the exercise wagon too. I just haven't had time and with all the rain I can't get anything done outside. Tuesday's and Thursday's I was running at football practice.

Ok, just did my 3rd 20 min circuit on the elliptical - I'm done today - I have jelly legs.

Julie, how much exercise are you doing today? I don't think I'd be able to walk by now.

I finally rode the bike for 30 min tonight. My son was out of school and we had a lot of errands to do today. I totally didn't want to but I could hear you all telling me that wasn't a good enough reason.

I am in some pain here myself right now, well sore. I slid a bit on the wet ground today and twisted my right knee. Hurt like a bugger earlier, feels better now but sore. I hate this weather!!!!!!!

I was able to get my 3 miles in today after juggling two locations for Cub Scout popcorn sales. I even helped a lady figure up how many points our butter lite was for WW and she bought a box. I really wanted to come home and do nothing but also knew I needed to get my mileage in for the training and I needed the minutes to add to our week 5.
 
I managed 20 min on the elliptical this morning and am hoping for another 20 later, but today is a busy run around day.
 
Good morning!!

I am finally feeling like a person again. Today I did ABS for 55 minutes.

I am ready to be back on track again. I have not eaten the best for the past 2 weeks while I've been sick. I am making vegetable soup today to get back on the veggies.

I am back and fresh from Water Aerobics this morning! Was fun!! So that was 75min of exercise today and I also did 40min yesterday. Now I will be resting my poor legs and knees aka working! LOL

Hey everyone,
The sun was shining this weekend and DH got back late Saturday (although he had to go to "guards" on Sunday). I did 45 minutes of running/walking at the football field prior to DS's game on Saturday. I didn't get any in yesterday though. Yesterday was busy-DS birthday party, baked cupcakes, went to church, went out to dinner last night.

Today is Monday and I'm going to make sure I get exercise in this week. I think that should help.

Are we having chat tonight?

So far we have 718 team exercise minutes.

TammyNC, how does your son like cub scouts? I am new at this. My son is a tiger this year. His dad did scouts all the way up to eagle but for some reason didn't finish his final thing to be an eagle scout.

I don't think you really want mine! I am up 2! Sorry there team! I have been away on business and this weeks weigh in is not looking much better! I will work on getting it all together at some point! Argh! Life, sometimes it just really gets in my way.

On the brighter side of things, I did get 126 minutes of exercise in this week!

Things are rough on the home front, but managed my 55 min WATP this morning. LIkely won't make it to chat tonight - must get caught up. TOM is fast approaching and I have a sinus infection, so feeling pretty lousy. Weight has not changed AT ALL as of today. UGH!!!! I HATE plateaus, but they're better than gaining.
