This is the one thread I forgot to check into yesterday. Sorry! I had a bad week and gained a pound. I was at 7.5 but now my total is 6.5. And I only did 60 minutes of exercise.
I will get back on track today.

Jana - "only" 60 minutes of exercise?! That's awesome!! :cheer2: With that kind of exercise your pound will be gone and take some extra with it next week. :teeth:
 
WOW - as a group we have lost 189.2 pounds!! How awesome is that?? (I included the last reported losses from everyone, even those who aren't active anymore) It's time to do our TigerLily 03 cheer:

I LOVE the cheer! I posted my weight gain :guilty: on the week 8 thread.
 
This morning I did Jiggle Free Abs and rode the bike. 35 min total. My cd player's batteries died on me and I cannot ride the bike unless I have music in my ears. They're on charge for tomorrow.

Marty - I know, it is funny about Doc hitting a big milestone this week too! hehe I thought the same thing when I saw that last night. :sunny: Can't believe we are so close to the end, I am hoping the final three will be Doc, Suzy and Matt (who looks a 10 years younger with that haircut last night! LOL)

I did not get to water aerobics today as I am trying to rest my ankle but things I have to walk to keep coming up. Weird now that I want to walk everywhere I have to limit myself to heal! lol But the gym yesterday was great, I am definitely feeling it in my chest today!! hehe. I have a lot to do again today so I will sign off now sending good vibes to all!! :wizard:

I did Taebo this morning for 30 mins and I'm down 1.4 this week. I have no idea how, but I'll take it! :bounce:
 
I am back from my first workout at the gym. I am so happy I went. There were quite a few people there of all ages and levels. I worked out for 60 min and I don't know if I'll be able to move tomorrow. :rotfl2: I think this will really help me.

Mike I sure hope your ankle gets better real soon. Congrats on your loss.

Love the new cheer. :cheer2: I am off to get my girls from school. They have 1/2 days for the rest of the week.

I took a 35 minute walk/run at lunch time. It was so nice outside, but now the cold air is blowing in!

Everyone keep moving and drinking your water!
 
What a day! My in-laws are coming tomorrow so you know how the pre-visit day is ...but I got to watch BL (I had to tape it last night) and Shannon looks beautiful! She doesn't even look like the same person. I cried when I saw her. And Mike - I understand the milestone you share with Dr. Jeff - congrats!! :banana: I had an exciting revelation today as I was cruising through Meijer - I was walking much quicker and I felt (feel) much stronger :banana: - that was a great feeling! Of course now I have to tell on myself - I was hungry and bought some spicy TGIFriday's snacks :guilty: but threw the rest of them out when I was done.

K&K's Mommy - great job getting outside :cheer2: and yes it has gotten colder since lunch!! Good timing on your part.

Yay, for you throwing the rest of the bag out and moving faster!!! Thanks for reminding me, I had to tape BL last night. I should watch it now.
 
Did a DVD for 35 minutes today. I used heavier weights for shoulders and they are hurting already. Shoulders have always been my least favorite thing to work on.

I'm glad it's Thursday. We get to sleep in tomorrow, my son and DH are both off for the day. Great Granny is having her stents put in tomorrow so we may go to the hospital.

Good job getting today going right Marty & Kelli!! :)

I had a pretty bad day yesterday workwise, so I was definitely missing my water aerobics time but my ankle feels a lot better today, it will be perfect for Monday I am sure. (No water aerobics Friday because the Rec Center closes for the holiday :()

I will report back after the gym this afternoon! My chest is still a bit sore from Tuesday! hehe :)

Hello all! Will someone please be so gracious as to total the exercise minutes this week? I am in danger of losing control here...in-laws coming today, have been cleaning and running around yesterday and today, pizza for dinner last night and this morning, way too much diet coke, my calcium levels are low I can feel it and that's partly why I'm so dragging tired, along with lousy eating and stress...but I do NOT want to lose control of myself!! I have 9 minutes to pick up DD and the dogs are barking - they better not be here 1 hour and 9 minutes early!!

Jennifer - I will take care of the exercise minutes but it will be later today.

Everyone just keep posting your minutes and I will add them up this evening.
