CClovesdis (CC) logged her food for the entire week and hasn't binged in over 2 weeks!

Elleherself (Elle) has been in boot camp for two weeks and has not missed a single class!
Indygirl99 ran with her Galloway running group for the first time and met some new Disney friends and a DISboard friend!
Melissahac99 (Melissa) ran 5.79 miles in 58 minutes this week which was a personal best in speed and distance! She is also diligently tracking in My Fitness Pal.
Thanks everyone and keep up the great work! Sorry if I do not respond this week--I'm trying to spend time with my family--but I wanted to let you know that I'm cheering you all on and am so grateful for your support and camaraderie!

for the new job. I can't wait to hear more. Congrats!
) and a bit of FiberOne cereal for crunch. It was delish!

Mostly I just hate unpacking and repackage the stuff. Share the recipes if you try something great!
this is the first challenge that I've really seen progress like this. I'm trying to do everything 'right' - journalling, exercising, eating right - but I've done that before and haven't seen this. I'm not sure whether my body finally decided to 'get it' but either way, not giving up now!! bring on the next 10 pounds!!!
No matter how hard i try, i can't kick my diet soda habit. trying, trying...but. So impressed that you did it!!
I fell way off the bandwagon and gained back most everything of what I'd lost. And then our internet went out and I had no way to check in and stay on track! So here I am, getting back on track for the nth time this challenge. Here we go!

and
this challenge!
You are so kind and helpful to everyone else I'm sure that anyone there would be glad to do the same for you and show you the equipment.

I've cut back but giving up entirely is more of a commitment than I am prepared to make at this stage of my life. Maybe someday.

Parental brag here..... DD retook the SATs earlier this month in an attempt to get a better math score. She did, in fact, better her math score by 50 points AND bettered her writing score (which was already pretty high) by 50 points! Reading stayed exactly the same. This puts her FIRMLY in the 2000 points range. Fingers crossed that this means more scholarship money!
).
You and your mom will have a great time!
