Biggest Loser competition at Work

Our company is having a Biggest Loser competition for teams of 6. Our office has joined and we're trying to come up with a team name for our group of 6 females. Our office initials are M.I.O and we're trying to find a name using those letters.

M - members, manage(ing), motivated

I - individuals

O - overcome

Do you have any solid ideas for I or O, or any others for M?

I'm not sure about a name, but we're doing this at my work too!! We are doing it individually though. It's motivating me!!
