Last night we were watching and when the light came on...and I caught the first glimpse of Sam. I blurted out "Wow". My husband turned and looked at me. I was like..."what?" It was so funny. I think he looked really good. So did Sunshine.

I liked Sunshine's new hair style. But then she changed it back, as seen in the weigh in. She kept saying how much she's doing all this for her dad, "this is for you, dad", etc. I really feel for her because of this. Her dad seems a little creepy to me.

I am rooting for Ashley, now.

Thought Sam looked hot after his makeover! Stephanie and Sam look great together.

I think Daris' makeover wasn't good. Ashleys was no change, and I can see how Sunshine wouldn't go to the trouble of straitening her hair. What a pain, plus I didn't think it looked all that great that way anyways. Michael looked great.

Koli is definitely my least fave after all the stuff he pulled with Stephanie. I wonder what that will do to his relationship w/ Sam long term.

I think Michael looks great. I did feel sorry for him when he was clothes shopping though. How frustrating to have lost all that weight but still not be able to shop in regular sized shops and even the larger items still won't fit.

Yes, Sam and Koli are cousins. In some cultures they call cousins brother/sister or they could just have been raised close enough to feel like brothers.

I was wondering why Michael didn't come on the show with his sister instead of the mother?

But they didn't. Grey/Yellow had an alliance and Mike, Daris and Ashley created one out of necessity. The vote was 2/2 Sam was the loser by default. He had met his goal weight, heck the trainers were saying their goodbyes at the weigh in. I've liked him through this whole thing but him begging to stay bugged me, he no longer needed to be there. I felt it was totally selfish on his (or Koli's if you look at it that way) part and not the do what's right thing he's been preaching all along.

DD (in 8th grade) says that cool nerdy look it totally in right now. I was surprised to find I like it. They had glass in them.

They were real because I noticed the one side was steaming up when he was crying with his parents.

Mind you they could be just plain glass since we haven't seen him wear glasses before this.

I loved the makeover show even though it was different than past seasons, where was my Tim Gunn and Macy's shopping trip?!

Koli looked really good, the cool nerd look is very much "IN" right now, my DS has a pair of the chunky black plastic framed glasses. I wish Sam would have worn the outfit Koli had though, he would have been even hotter! My DH thinks my crush on Sam is hilarious, I just can't get over his transformation.

Sunshine looked cute, just had her hair straightened which is a pain in the butt to do every day so I can understand her not keeping up with it. I was hoping they would cut it a little shorter and go for a more sophisticated style, maybe she fought the stylist on the length??

Ashley didn't look much different (hair wise) but she was absolutely glowing in her outfit, she must have felt great!

Michael OMG he's....handsome!! With that afro gone and in real clothes he looked great, I never noticed what great eyes he has!

Daris looked good but seemed very uncomfortable IMO. I think he should have kept some hair, keeping that bit slicked back was not a good look for him. IDK, he did look great in the clothes though!
