so here's Wed QOTD:
Its a fact of life, that you will have to deal with stress. What non-food thing do you do to de-stress?
Well, err-- the first thing that came to mind....
After that when my daughter was at her teenage worst I would go do the treadmill until I calmed down. All my stress came out then on that. When I was at my highest level of movie addiction-a 3 movie day meant I was dealing with a lot of stress. Keeping busy is good when I'm really upset- sometimes I'd rather be at work when something really bad is happening. I usually just vent to someone too if it's work related--they know it's only steam.
I like the second clippie also
The kittens are starting to play together-- that is so great! I thought Daisy would never break down...
I decided my reward this week would be to watch Sense and Sensibilty even though my husband will know for sure now about my silly crush. I am sure he suspects lol. He likes him a lot though so it's ok. I really want to watch Sweeney Todd but it's not Oct. Yet. I was saving it for Halloween.
**Just wanted to add we have a copy of Thomasina- my daughter really liked it. I wish we had a better copy.

Mom and all the other late-comers!! so glad you are going to journey this road of success with us!
She was conceived in that short time between the "big V" and zero count, thanks to DH skipping his follow up appointment and guessing at when it had been long enough, and she was just meant to be I guess because the pregnancy was completely uneventful. So any time I hold her or hug her or even chase her out of the pantry for the 10th time in a day or change a stinky diaper, I'm reminded just how blessed I am.
good job recommitting! I haven't seen the report on saturated fat, but it sounds interesting.
, mine turns 1 next Sunday, and yep we are taking her to Disney for her birthday! Hooray for babies!
It's also a bit of a stressful week, but I've been making tracking a priority, and then it happens! I discovered a great method for the COW -- I just write the item & #s on a post-it, then I check it off as I do it -- 8 glasses of water = 8 checks under "water"! It's portable, it's easy to keep up with, and I don't have to think alot. Tomorrow I will have all my post-its, and be able to count my points. I'm also going to make a spreadsheet, but you can't beat post-its for ease!

popcorn is a good munchy too
As in ADORE.

Do you have a teacher mentor to help you with ideas? It sounds like such a stressful, and also rewarding job.
