I maintained this week, but I consider myself lucky considering "the great doughnut incident" that occurred this weekend.
Still can't believe I ate 1.5 doughnuts - only because it has been YEARS since I've had a doughnut! Oh well. Gotta say, they were pretty darn good.
But I'm back on track now and want to see a loss next Tuesday.
I've had a hard time checking in for the challenges lately, but I'll be back when I can! Great job everyone!

Really made some bad food choices while out of town over the weekend.
I was supposed to go to step class tonight w/ two coworkers. One was sick though and both myself and the other coworker got bogged down in work and let the time get past us. We are planning to try to go to water aerobics tomorrow though. This time I will go easier and not kill myself though
