:cool1: Good Tuesday Morning. This is it. I lost 2 - 2.5 pounds this week. I haven't lost that much on this journey but I have gotten my head together to spend the rest of the year watching what I eat. Thank you everyone for trying and taking the chance. You may not have been as sucessful as you wanted to be but you tried and that is the first step.

Don't forget the following from Brenda (dare2dream)
Please report your weight using the number of pounds ie xxx pounds
If you would like to add your change for the week that is OK ie I lost 2 pounds. Remember weights can be reported in 1/10 of pound increments ie xxx.x pounds.

Please report by midnight Tuesday
If you are late report as soon as you remember. I know sometimes RL (real life) is more important.

Please PM or email your weekly report to Brenda (dare2dream) I am not much of a contributor on our weekly thread but I do read every post. I think Tuesdays are great when everyone checks in to report their weekly progress. It helps to keep us all accountable and it's fun to share your success. Last week I noticed several reports from people I never got a PM or email from. I went through the entire thread and checked. 8 people reported their progress here but never reported to me.

Now folks, help out a weight keeper here please!! Please report your weekly weight to Brenda by PM or email to brenda@kbelectric.biz. Remember to report by midnight Tuesday and remember to report in pounds ie xxx pounds (not just I lost x pounds). PrettyPlease!!

Hi all. I am down 0.2lb this week. I tried exercising and strength training more than normal this week. I am also starting to watch my carbs/protein amounts that I'm eating instead of just calories, fat, and fiber. It has been great hanging out with everyone for these last few months, and I wish you all continued success!
 
morning...i'm not sure exactly what i weighed last time b/c i forgot to WI last week...however I am pleased with my final number which puts me on a homestretch back to goal :teeth:

Congratulations to all of us you stuck to it, stayed focused and remained active in this challenge for the duration! cyber high five!!
 
Good morning everyone! I'm down one pound this week so ending the challenge on a good note. I'm also proud that I've hit 2 milestones with this loss.

The first is I'm now down 20 lbs since I re-started WW last year. Also I'm down to 199 so back in ONEderland! Now to keep working to stay here.

The process has been slow for me being down one week and up the next but sharing it with all of you has made it so worth it. Without you I just might have quit after a couple of gains.

I am up 1.6 this week, but after losing one pound last week coming home from wdw, I think I'm just balancing out. I'm down 5 pounds for this challenge, and happy with that. For me, it is a life style change, and my losses are slow, but I know that I will not gain back all that I have lost over the past 2 years.

I want to thank everyone who has taken part in this challenge. Though I don't talk much on the weekly threads, I have read every post, and been inspired bye all of you. Congratulations to everyone here on your successes.

A special thank you to our leaders, Dona, Brenda, Vija, and OHmom. You are all so wonderful to take so much of your personal time, and devote it to all of us here. You have helped so many people. :hug: Thank you.

Good luck to all, and I hope to see you around WISH.

Congrats to all of us for hanging in there no matter what the number say!! Good jon Mary!!!! I can't wait until my scale does that. I am so close!!!! I actually saw it for a second this morining and then it went up to all those zero's....

But that means I am down three so I will take it.

I'm down 2.4 this week. Very nice. I believe my total for the entire BL is 30.6 pounds, which I am THRILLED with! Remember when we started, and I was losing a pound, a pound, then up and down? Well, FINALLY the weight is just falling off. Yesterday I actually got into a pair of old pants, size 18W!!!!!! So I went ahead and ordered my "dream dress" from Talbots. It's a beautiful red dress that only comes in Misses sizes (to 20). I figure 18W=Misses 20 (close enough) so if it doesn't fit now, it will by July! I am planning to wear it in Scotland.

To all of us who made it through this challenge, :cheer2: :cool1: :banana: :thumbsup2 WE DID IT!!!!

Congrats to everyone finishing up the challenge this week! Way to go on the milestones, Mary!

I am down 2 this week. The scale was wavering between 2 and 3. I was really hoping for the 3 since I would break into the 180s. The 2 did get me my 25 clippie though. Either way, I'm happy with my overall success with the challenge.

Thanks as well to Brenda, Molli, Vija and Dona for running a great challenge! We all really appreciate your hard work and dedication.
 
Well I maintained this week which puts me at a loss of 21 pounds for the challenge. I wanted more, but I'm happy with that. Now to lose the next 20 :)

Congratulations to everyone!! No matter what the final results were we are all winners for sticking with it.
 
Down 2.4 this week. That gives me 13.4 lbs for the challenge. Not bad if I do say so myself!
 
So tonight is the BIG season finale. I have two questions -

1. Who do you WANT to win?

2. Who do you think WILL win?
 
I'm down 2.3. Thrilled since this week has been bizarre scale wise for lack of a better word. I was begining to think I overexercised. ;)

That's 28 for the competition. :yay: Yeah I say! Couldn't have done that without all of you. I've felt so supported here. I came on wanting not to freak out and hide if I had a gain one week. My goal. Cured of that. I've lost a lot in the last couple of years. But years. Not in three and a half months. So thank you everyone.

And that's the greatest accomplishment - to be here through it all. Congratulations to all of us!

I know that Gretchen. It's unreal how much choices and changes in exercise can change the outcome for a week. That's often where the scale can't be taken as seriously.

Also I'm down to 199 so back in ONEderland!

Without you I just might have quit after a couple of gains.

ok my diet buddies. I have to go to Olive Garden for Dinner tonight for a birthday celebration. What should I order? What will do the least amout of damage?
 
I wish I could tell you but I haven't eaten at the Olive Garden in over 8 years. How about some light soup and a salad. Or spaghetti with marinara sauce. NO CREAM sauces. Enjoy.
