Good Morning Running Late and all messed up. I didn't even weigh in this morning because my house was all messed up. Will explain later

Don't forget the following from Brenda (dare2dream)
Please report your weight using the number of pounds ie xxx pounds
If you would like to add your change for the week that is OK ie I lost 2 pounds. Remember weights can be reported in 1/10 of pound increments ie xxx.x pounds.

Please report by midnight Tuesday
If you are late report as soon as you remember. I know sometimes RL (real life) is more important.

Please PM or email your weekly report to Brenda (dare2dream) I am not much of a contributor on our weekly thread but I do read every post. I think Tuesdays are great when everyone checks in to report their weekly progress. It helps to keep us all accountable and it's fun to share your success. Last week I noticed several reports from people I never got a PM or email from. I went through the entire thread and checked. 8 people reported their progress here but never reported to me.

Now folks, help out a weight keeper here please!! Please report your weekly weight to Brenda by PM or email to brenda@kbelectric.biz. Remember to report by midnight Tuesday and remember to report in pounds ie xxx pounds (not just I lost x pounds). PrettyPlease!!
 
Good morning everyone! I'm happy to report that I'm down 2 pounds. The same 2 pounds that I was up last week. I was hoping it would be more but very happy to have these gone.

Congrats to all the losers this week. To the maintainers or gainers -if I can do it so can you! We are all worth it! The end of the challenge is almost here so let's make it a good week ahead!

I have been struggling with my allergies. I have been staying on track but not exercising. I was expecting a gain this week. To my surprise I am down 1.8! I am so excited!

Good Morning!

Well I am up .5 this week. Which is not surprising to me since I have felt pretty bloated since last week. I know it is just probably water weight and I will be down next week.

Congrats to all the losers and all the maintainers and gainers for sticking with it!

I maintained this week. I am happy with that considering what ive been eating. Went fishing this weekend so eating went thru the roof. Cant pack salad fixings in a cooler next to the river. Had a great weekend even though we didnt catch anything. I cant beleive this is the last week. I'm really going to step it up this week. Well have to get ready for a long day. Have a great spring day

I'm a maintainer AGAIN!! Oh well.....I can live with that. I can't believe it is the last week either - where did the time go? Now to get serious and start LOSING again.

3.2! :yay: Granted I was up last week, but I lost more than I gained last week so that is good. It kinda washes out in the end, but at least I am still on my way down!
 
Down 1 this week! Wish it was still the 2 I saw a few days ago, but then I splurged on snack yesterday, but man was it worth it. I've had a good week though and that's what matters. Gotta get that water drinking back up though!
 
Good morning again.

It has been a crazy morning. Last night I went grocery shopping after work. It is someone's birthday and I said I would pick up flowers did I remember last night at the store. NO. SO that was on my list of things to do on my way to work this morning (It's not bad enough that I leave my house at 6:20 now I had to leave at 6:10)

Then ds1 came home unannounced and said he was spending the night so that he could have some quiet time to study for a test. This was fine no big deal. When I went to bed last night he was studying at the kitchen table. But he told me that he was getting up at 6 to leave which is right in the middlw of me, dh and ds2 getting ready for the day. He fell asleep on the couch last night and dh (who had dental work yesterday and knew that he couldn't sleep that well in bed) was asleep in the family room. Now I usually get up maybe do some exercising, get some breakfast and was the early morning news program. A little hard when there is someone in each of the rooms with a tv sleeping. I sent ds1 to bed but he was not happy.

Well at 6 I am trying to get out of the house and have to make my lunch and ds2's lunch and ds1 is at the sink doing things. PS I have the world's smallest galley kitchen. Ds1 asks if he is in the way :laughing: :laughing: . No son I like have no room to do things.

Oh and ds1 also told me that he is going to be around a lot more in this last month before he graduates. I know he wants to do well and I don't think that his roommates are giving him the chance to study. I don't mind haveing him but he never gives me his schedule. When I plan to have him at dinner he is not and when I don't plan he just shows up. I know he is not coming tonight because I asked him, which is good. We are having fish sticks and he hates them

Well have to go to class.

And being the capricious girl I am I've decided that I am going to end next week on the 15th. Sorry for the back and forth. That's me. :laughing: ;) It just feels right. Came to me on the treadmill of all places. :scared1:

My moment this week when I realized how I had become such a conscious eater, by feeling sick from eating too much one night and knowing immediately, was a huge moment for me in my weight loss. As you all know I'm eager to cut down on the scale. At least not have it mean so much in my head. (This is my obsessive head folks).

I did offer any help to continue to to Memorial Day. My word is my word. If needed, I will help. I'm just going to end next week.

My success has come because of all of you. I've really felt so supported so thanks.

Congratulations to all of us for finishing this challenge. Huge. Huge accomplishment. :woohoo:

It's going pretty good. I've also noticed that since I started walking again (both with and without the running) the weight is coming off faster.

I'm kind of sneaking in on your conversation here buddies. :lmao: I've found that since I've added some less intensive workouts to my "heavy" interval program that my weight loss has been more consistent. Now if I feel like I'm getting a cold, I'm really tired or on off days I just walk and skip the interval program. Less stubborn am I. And like you Kimberly it has been a pleasant surprise. And I'm sure my body appreciates it.

Good evening everyone! Glad to see so many Losers today! :cheer2: I got to join you this week! I was down 3.4 pounds this week!! :woohoo: :woohoo: I know I exercised more consistently last week, but I also drank a lot, so it was a bit of a surprise to me. I'll gladly take it though! :thumbsup2

WOW! I can't believe we are so close to the end. I for one don't want this challenge to be over. I have really enjoyed the weekly weigh ins and the camaraderie! I keep flaking on the weekly challenges though :guilty: sorry. I like this weeks, but I keep forgetting about it. I will try to finish out the week strong!

Good posts so far. I am down 2 pounds this week. hAPPY i AM.

Hang in there all and yes the end is coming. I am already thinking of things to do as an individual that I can stay on track doing.

How about BL tonight, looking forward to the end of the show to see how and if we are going to decide, as audience members?
 
Oh, yeah, I don't think I posted my favorite exercise video for this week's challenge yet.

Mine isn't really a video, but close enough. I have the FitTV channel and I really enjoy some of their workouts. My favorite by far though is Total Body Sculpt with Gilad. Most of them are half an hour, but occasionally they have an hour long one. His workouts are really good because they get your heart rate up, but also really tone whatever body parts he is focusing on that show. I tape them and then reuse them. I will say when I was doing his workouts 2 or 3 times a week I could really tell a difference. I especially noticed my butt taking on a new shape :thumbsup2 which was very cool!!

K, just thought I would share. Do any of you have FitTV?
