They showed Allison congratulating Mike for his hard work and making it this far. In the background was the weigh-in board. It looked like Tara was in first, Felipe was in second and Ron was in third. Helen looked below the yellow line. So, Mike pushed Ron below the line leaving Helen and Ron up for the vote. Mike will vote for Helen and Tara will vote for Ron. I think that Felipe will be furious at Ron for what he did to Kristen and vote him out.
That leaves three Jillian member and Felipe up for the final three. As long as Felipe is below the yellow line again next week, he will be voted out by America and Jillian will have secured another win for herself!

I now think after this episode that Ron told Mike to train with Jillian but pretended to want him to train with Bob. Mike hasn't done anything without Ron's imput and Ron knows that Jillian always beats Bob. He knew that training with Jillian would give Mike a better shot at winning and I think he orchestrated that as well. That Ron is a sneaky one!

And was anyone else hoping Tara would have told Helen while in the cage "Remember that cookie you ate that cost me $10,000? How does it taste now?"

Did anyone else notice the commercial for the biggest loser website, where you can go AFTER the show to read what the booted contestant has to say-blah blah blah. It was about 30 minutes into the show.

Well, we rewound 3 or 4 times to make sure we were right, but the pic they showed on the computer during the spot was about Kristen. It said "why did they kick her off", and showed a big ole "before" pic. Nice spoiler. Of course we didn't know when she went, but were pretty sure.



Ron--Or "Mr Godfather" as he is known in our house He just reminds me of Jaba the Hut, sitting there w/ his big ole belly, ordering everyone else what to do. His lazy posture when sitting down, just gets to me for some reason. Errr--he gives me a headache.

I was drifting off and on to sleep, but was awake enough to hear a little of Kristin's rant at the end. Was she really rude to Mike? How did she look at home? Was Filipe really ticked?

You know, I have to agree with you. Ron is the mac daddy of illusion!!!!

He stayed on Bob's team to exert his control.

He is one smart cookie and I have to give him KUDOS for being the ultimate game player. That is something I can respect in a person.

I think it was a commercial for the protein drink and complete baloney all the way!!!
Bob's "frustration" was staged as well as the contestants meals.

They had chances earlier to get rid of Ron "oh I can't do this I have a bad knee, can't do this I have a bad shoulder, I NEED TO BE HERE". I can't stand Ron and hope he goes home. If he's up for the whole country to vote for the 4th position (like Ed and Heba) he will lose by a mile because everyone can see he's a jerk--esp. last night, lying to Kristen's face and whispering to Mike about what to do. I hope he gets voted off and Mike (who used to be quiet little Mr. Milquetoast but is now also a jerK) cries like a baby over it.

(2) What is up with Bob's head? Does he look like Skeletor to anyone else? That man has so little body fat that his SKULL is pushing out of his head. Earth to Bob ... eat something!

Has his head always looked like that?? I've really been noticing it in the last few weeks! In fact, I'm having a hard time concentrating on what he is saying, because I can quit looking at his head!!

Protein shakes. Never had it. I eat alot of protein so I do not need that. Proteins are not my problem. Fruits and veggies are my issue.

However if you are a person that is not getting enough protein, esp. if you are dieting and working out it is something that is necessary. Protein is the key for weight loss, which is why the "South Beach" & "Atkins" diets work.

I thought it was HORRIBLE that she tried to "get inside Mike's head" during her little speech!!! GROW UP!!! She is a bully and I am glad she is gone!!

I was happy-at first-to see they were talking about nutrition but to find out it was only a commercial for the protein shake-ugh!

(3) Did anyone else think that Bob's "video lesson" was to eat more (nice advice, Bob ... why don't you take it?) and then Kristen gained weight? OMG! She was eating NOTHING that day. I wonder if she spent the whole week eating less than 1000 calories a day. No wonder she gained weight!

And I was thinking she probably gained weight BECAUSE she only at 1000 calories. I think her metabolism went into starvation mode because she was eating so little but exercsing so much.

(4) There is a reason I call Ron "The Kingmaker" and now Kristen knows it too. I literally laughed out loud at Filipe's reaction when Ron said that Mike would win. His jaw was on the ground. BTW Filipe ... you have been PLAYED! At least Tara knew the real deal. She also knows that SHE is Mike's biggest challenge and not Kristen.

Good!!! I don't like him either! (Sione was somewhat tolerable, but not him!!!)

I thought that was HORRIBLY cocky of Ron to say that Mike will win (I am not entirely sure I blame Mike for saying it, since Allison cornered him into it, but I am not sure I would have said it) If he didn't already, Mike now has a HUGE target on his back!!!!

OK, so next week is final week on campus, then it is final 4, right? I know the finale is in 2 weeks, so is there an episode in between? Don't they usually get ot go somewehere fun on vacation at the end??

What a night...I so knew that Ron was playing Kristin. he managed to technically keep his word while still getting his son ahead in the game and taking her out.

I totally forgot it was on tonight. Just got on in time to see Kristen eliminated! Thank God that witch is finally gone. NOw she needs to take it like an adult and quit berating Mike. She just makes me hate her all the more. Now I'm wondering what I missed. I hate that you can't get the video on their website until the following Tuesday.

I've only watched this season and last, but yes it has always looked that way to me.

Again I am the odd one out. I am sad Kristin went home and wish it was Helen. I can't stand Helen. I also still can't stand Tara.
I like Filipe. I used to like Mike til lafter last night. When he sadi he thought he would win, I thought it was way to cocky and the wheeling and dealing he and his dad did and thought no one heard, was terrible. I Hope they are embarrassed when they see it was played on TV.

Someone asked if there was a vacation at the end and how many episodes left. Well I've never seen a vacation, but they do go home for a couple of months before the finale and try to lose more weight, we just don't see that. They time the episodes to go up to the finale. So next week is the final "ranch" episode and then the next week is the finale. That covers the 2 weeks.

I was just wondering if last night was the first time Kristen learned about Ron & Mike's conversation! She was pretty P.O.'ed as she got up from the table after being voted off. I would imagine she was very p*ssed again last night!!
