Biggest Hit on Christmas Morning?

DD 12-digital camera, and some custom converse shoes my best friend ordered for her (she'd been playing on their site and designed her ideal pair of shoes and printed a pic-Debi saw the pic and went online and ordered them).

DD 3-zhu zhu pets! I had no idea they would be this cool! I was afraid shed be bored right away but she's been playing with them all day.

DS 3 mos-loves the Infantino play gym my sister got him.

DH-loves the photoworks book I got him of our son's birth.

Me- I love to cook and really love the fabulous salt and pepper grinders DH got me.

My folks come tomorrow and they go nuts at Christmas so it's no over. We had a fabulous day!!!

For DD16, a universal remote control for the TV in the shape of a Harry Potter wand. She has already programmed it and is flicking away like mad!

Where in the world did you find that??????? That would have been a huge hit in my house

DS8-- The Lego construction site (kept him busy for HOURS -- this would make it my favorite gift, too!)
DS6 -- A small John Deere combine.
DS2 -- 3 pairs of pajamas that she has been rotating on/off throughout the day.
DH -- Keurig, My Name is Earl Season 4
Me -- Digital picture frame and Grey's Anatomy Season 5.

We did get the Wii from Santa, but only the 8 y/o seems interested in it. Also have the games Mario Kart, Super Mario Bros, and Toy Story. I was certain the 5 y/o would be hyped up with Toy Story since that is his favorite ride, but he could have card less.

When I went to bed last night, I actually remembered that there were Air Hog helicopters under my bed for the boys, but I have decided to take them back as they don't need anymore stuff.

There were lots of hits and a few misses, but the biggest hit was actually last night. My DB has been really sick and didn't feel like shopping so asked if it was okay if he just gave the kids cash. I'm good with that - they can get something santa and mom missed. Thinking he'd give each of them a $20 bill.

Well, he got three little treasure chests and filled them with $1 gold coins. They were thrilled with their "treasure".

Dd6 loves her iCarly guitar. She already broke a string though. I wish I had known it wouldn't be very well made. May have to take it back and get a better quality instrument.

Dh loves his blu-ray Star Trek movie. I knew that would be his fave gift lol.

I love my universal remote that supports our PS3. I hated having to use the controllers to watch movies, lol.

me- my new laptop that I am using right now. It was a total surprise from my DH and is great. Now I don't have to argue with him to use his work laptop to go on Disboards!!
DH- tools (we also got a new computer for the house after thanksgiving, but have not opened it yet)
DD4 - stuffed animal chipmunks, cinderella castle , princess and the frog figures
DS almost 2 - Dragon Fortress, Dragons, Spike Jr, Screature the dino
I am now soo tired from all this prep ...is any one else's tree going down tomorrow? or is just me? I need to figure out where all this stuff is going to go

* DD17 - the Twilight T-shirt she got from her best friends parents!

* DD11 - the clothes she received - almost everyone in the family gave her clothes, which came in really handy because she's been growing so rapidly that I am finding it hard to keep up!
* Nephew (2) - his own kiddie laptop. The family's real laptops are hopefully safe now!
* Nephew (12) - the Nintendo DS game
* Hubby - the immersion blender for his smoothies & shakes
* Me - the silver jewelry from DH and DD. Completely separate purchases, but the pieces work so well together, you'd think that they actually collaborated and bought complementary pieces!

DD14- loves her Beatles Rockband game, but her biggest hit was the box full of gum and candy her Nana gave her in anticipation of her getting her braces removed January 5.

DS10 loves his iPod Touch...however, is isn't quite working right. It was a refurbished one so we may be making a trip to the Apple store soon.

DS7 - dsi, wii Resort, Clue Spy, dart tag, bathrobe - he was honestly thrilled that Santa brought this

Zhu Zhus are a big hit. Be careful though. DD3 already got one of them stuck in her hair Also, their wheels pick up a lot of hair from the floors and it gets tangled around the axle, so if you have "real" pets and you are letting the zhu zhu's roam be sure to sweep up first.

Mouse-K-Tag is a big hit too.

Dh's aunt got dd3 a generic Zhu Zhu and we had both of these problems as well. Poor dd, we had to cut a small amount of hair off.
