What do you consider it to be?

Maybe the MGM Hat?

What about changing Alien Encounter to Stitchs Great Escape?

Or maybe its when Disneyland got rid of the Main Street Electrical parade, and replaced it with a street show called "Light Magic", the $20 million dollar disaster disappeared from Main Street after 3 months, and never returned.

So many things to choose from!

We all love Disney, but their not perfect everytime!

So what is your choice for Disneys BIGGEST park blunder?

they are getting sneaky and raising prices on tickets slowly but gradually.
now we are paying more than we were planning on paying.

I don't know what Stitch replaced (as in I had never been on the previous ride) but Stitch was just terrible. Not good. Not. At. All. lol

I'm glad I'm not the only one who didn't like stitch.....and it scared the - you know what - out of my DD, she cried so hard!! My DH and I were very disappointed!!
:sad2:

I've only been going since 2000, but so far I'd say it has to be Stitch in my eyes. If they didn't want Alien Encounter around anymore, they should have just taken it out back and shot it, not stabbed it and then sent it back out there for more.

i guess the only thing I can think of is an actualy blunder. Back before Expedition Everest was open to the public and the Cast members got to do their ride (it was actualy fun to watch people get turned away because some of them got really irate for no good reason) several of the posters on the walls had typos on them that cast members physicaly had writen corrections on. Those were removed and replaced with fixed versions before it was opened

Hmmm - well, I don't like to pick on Disney, but I feel like there are things I can easily do without each trip or things that are not appealing to me. Not really a blunder per se.

Stitch
The Mirror on the Castle during the Happiest Celebration
180 Days for ADR :(

Biggest Blunder? California Adventure....the whole park is a blunder.

Second Biggest Blunder? Dino-Rama, I've seen better theming and rides at Busch Gardens

just so you know thats 180 days is only required from some . i've been able to call and get reservations for several character breakfasts two days before and once the day before.

The Tiki Room Under New Management. Nothing can describe the sense of violation one feels after coming out of there.

We loved Stitch's great escape. It was fun. Now I wouldn't put it up there with Space Mountain. But it was fun. Of course I keep getting lucky and getting spit on by Stitch, which delights the rest of the family to no end.

I have a few:

The hat at MGM
The Mickey hand and Epcot eyesore over SE
The 25th anniversary 'castle cake'
The theming of the value resorts
And my #1 blunder: the Swan and Dolphin (same as Michael Eisner)

I vote for Stitch, too. I loved Alien Encounter. That ride scared me. Stitch just annoyed me.

I would have to say dino land in Animal Kingdom. It just looks so undisney like. Don't get me wrong I love Dinosaur but the other rides just remind me of old amusement parks I went to as a kid (before they closed).

Although I do wish they would bring back the Tapastry Parade it was one of my favorites. And I must go on record and say that I loved the castle when it was decorated as a birthday cake for the 25th anniversary.

Changing all the unique establishments on Main Street to retail outlets
But closing Millionaire (without first giving me the top-secret opportunity to even BUY a million-point jacket) runs a close second.
