Biggest Disney Addict is....

We have flown from Ohio to WDW 6 times in a year, it was a very special year.

This year, I had a long 25 night DVC stay in January (that began in December, we thoroughly enjoy NYE at WDW!), went down in April for a week, going in October for a week, a weekend in November, and then a week in December.

We have "given" our NYE stay to DSis, but we'll begin our January stay on January 6th next year.

I love F&G more than F&W, so going to that for a least a week is a "must do" for me.

I suppose since we are talking about Disney lovers, I have spent also 24 days onboard a DCL this year. I've been the Magic, the Dream and the Fantasy this year..have been on the Wonder as well, just not this year!

Bobbi, I am happy to hear you say that since this year will be out first trip to F&G!! I have wanted to go to that for a long time.

This year, they had food booths for the first time, had some good eats!:goodvibes. My friends & I saw The Village People in Concert, good show!

I am one of the addicts who cant indulge. Life and spouse prevent or I would be there at least quarterly with long stays. Maybe some day....

I can not even come close to some of these other posters. The most Disney in one year was 2012. 7 days wdw. 7 nights on the fantasy. Then 8 nights at wdw in Nov. Then a 4 nights at wdw. We are fom NW Ohio I think that pretty good. We will be there in 4 weeks for 9nights and return in may/June for 12 nights

LOVE the Village People! I was thrilled two years ago when we got to see AIR SUPPLY at F & W. They were awesome - plus it brought back many memories from 8th grade...:rotfl2:

The most we have gone down was 4 times in a year.

On the average, we go twice per year, 15 day durations.

Next year we're planning on going twice to the resorts, and a B2B 8 day Disney Dream cruise.:thumbsup2

The most we have gone in one year was six times and hit the big holidays within those times. Now we average two a year.

What is the most reservations they have had on the books with DVC at any one time for your personal use. (Excluding split stays.)
Anything else that you think I can show my wife that I don't need help as much as others....

Most DVC reservations in one 12 month period - 9 stays from 2 to 5 nights each. Wanting to obtain enough points to stay from 2 - 5 nights each month of the year.
6 DCLs with one more scheduled using DVC points.
First year that EPCOT was open I bought an annual pass. Went 13 times that first year with most of them by myself and some as a tour guide for out-of-state family members.

I'd go more if I could. But right now we do 3 times a year.

I'm glad to hear that. I thought we were the only ones. We love F&W too but spring at Epcot is very special indeed. Already booked for it.

Last snapshot...36 days in a 16 month period (4 trips) and we live 1200 miles away. If it wasn't for the fact I decided to go back to school again, it'd probably be more days/trips. If I could live down there, I would! In all fairness, DH is a CM and the free passes, DVC, and huge discounts don't help my addiction at all. And my addiction is a drop in the bucket comparatively to others here, but it grows even more by the year.

DSis & I are postponing meeting our Disboard Gamer friends a night, so we can see Air Supply! One of our gamers, Princess in Oz, is from Australia, she's passing on their concert. ;)

I am thrilled...this October meet has been 2 + years in the planning.:cool1:

We saw Village People during F&W a few years ago as well as this year. They put on a great show!

The most we have been to WDW in a single 12 month period is 5 -- a few times. Our points wouldn't stretch enough, so this year we bought a house in Orlando and have been to WDW in January, March, June, July with October, November, December planned. Still staying at BLT for our December trip though -- love seeing the Castle lights from our room.

Bought a house?? How great is that!:goodvibes

and i thought we were the only ones :thumbsup2
we love the weather in early may, the lower crowds, events, and even the merchandise offerings (we've a lot of F&GF decor in our yard now:blush:).
while we enjoy the F&WF, it is not nearly as relaxing as may.

our "usual" is 11-14 days in early may (DD & myself), another 11-14 in early oct (DH & myself - meeting up with friends)...and every other year, i try to go for another week while my DB & his family are there.

on a side note: i am soooooo looking forward to seeing smash mouth in oct!! there is usually one band that is a "must see" every F&GF and F&WF: davy jones (RIP :sad1:), peer noone (herman's hermits) - hope SM is as fantastic as the other performers were :woohoo:

We are arriving at the tail end of F&W This year. Hopefully we will be able to catch one of the acts. We also enjoyed listening to the British tribute band. I hope that they are still there!

Unlike most DVC'rs I don't have the expense of flying since I live 2 1/2 hours away! We go just a few days at a time, to give us a break between school and work. We go every couple of months! I love having a few Disney trips to look forward to!

2013 - February-OKW, June-SSR, August-Kidani, September-OKW (Booked 10 days prior), October F&W-OKW, November-Kidani

2014- February-OKW GV, June-Kidani

As far as Disney, for me, there's nothing better than staying on-site, same goes for my son! Some people wonder why we love going so much, what's not to like, lovely resorts, the parks, total escapism for a few days from the daily grind of life!

Being far away in Upstate NY frequent visits are a challenge... and a thing of the past now with air fares higher and our daughter in high school.

But we've done 4 trips in one year before, to maximize use of Annual passes...

These days like someone said DVC limits of 11 months mean I can't have more than 1 or 2 in the pipeline. This year we went for 10 days in August, and have a reservation for 4 days in December, and will try to return next summer before the Annual passes run out.

P.s. I get the shakes if I don't have a WDW trip reserved or in planning...
