Hello,
I am a bigger rider that is heading to orlando florida this next week and am wondering about the coasters down there.

I am 330 and 6' 3' wear size 50 pants i do believe. Which coasters in universal have the " Big-Boy" seats?

Do you think i will have any problems with manta and sea world florida?

If you need any more information about my build please message this thread. Most of the weight is belly and legs so i know it is going to be problamatic.

Dragon Challenge (formally knows as Dueling Dragons) and the Hulk both have "big boy" seats. I believe they are in rows 3 and 6. They will have two buckles.

If you want to know more detailed info about the rides and who fits and who doesn't then check this site out.

I've never been to Sea World and don't know about the rides so I can't help you there.

I know when i went to cedar point last time i was about 1o pounds lighter and almost had raptor buckled.. does that mean that i should not have trouble with the "big-boy seats"? Does anyone have any pictures of these seats?

I've never been to Cedar Point so IDK. If you go to these links there are pictures of the test seats for the coasters which is the problem for most people.

If you are interested in the other rides set up I'll post pictures of the ones I could find. These are at Universal Studios (idk if you are going there or not).

Tried posting a picture of myself but it did not work? Something about needing 10 posts to do so?

Again don't want to spam the board just trying to get to 10 posts so hopefully this will be forgiven but here is a picture.

Does anyone know if mummy or rip rockit have seatbelts?
Revenge of the Mummy only has a lap restraint...not sure about the Rockit but I don't think there seat belts. The picture above of the Mummy is a little misleading. There is a test seat outside the queue area but RoTM's seating has more to do with how far the restraint can be pulled down. Most larger guests ride in the back row because of the added leg room but that's not a bad thing...that's where all the air time comes into play.

Metro what do you think for me and hulk/dragons? I am really hoping i fit as those are the rides i want to really ride down there along with manta but i have heard manta should not be a problem?

Here is some more advice: wear slippery gym shorts, not jean shorts or khakis. People have reported that makes a difference. When you get in the seat, sit as far back as possible with your butt pressed against the back of the seat. Hulk and Dragons have the modified seats, so that shouldn't be an issue.

I haven't been on Manta but I think there are modified seats but can not confirm. I don't think you would have any problems on Hulk and DC...RoTM might be a little tight but you never know until you try. The test seats that are modified have two buckles so make sure you can comfortably get seated before spending the time in the queue.

What has been the bigest thing preventing hulk / dragon riders from riding?

Anyone perusing this thread been on the flyers?

did some measurments..
belly is 56 inches round.
upper legs are 25.5 inches round.
waist 51 inches.

My hubby is 6' 3 300ish and 44 waist. he was able to ride hulk, dragons, ride ride rockit and mummy with a little discomfort. he sat in the modified seats but he has a longer torso so his shoulders were his main complaint. Raptor is his favorite ride at Cedar Point and he rides that one with a bit of discomfort in his shoulders as well. I am not sure if this helps, but he was giving me his two cents over my shoulder. lol

Thank you all for your feedback. The problem had with raptor was getting the buckle over that hump thing. not sure if they removed that with hulk and dragons.. I will probably be sitting in the modified seating.. I don't care about comfort as long as i can ride.
